We never thought in our wildest dreams that we would ever build a home until the day we went joyriding looking at open houses during the winter months. After a few visits and a few one on one personal meetings with different Natale team members, we discovered that we might actually be able to check off an item on our bucket list – that is purchasing a home up until then was out of reach.
After being on our home for 15 months we can, without reservation, claim that my home is net zero. That’s correct I have no energy bills, only that the $17.00 monthly hook up charge. The only time we pay for energy is when we crank up the fireplace and what is that 10 dollars a month? So you ask if we are enjoying our Natale home. ABSOLUTELY! Each time I drive down my street and approach our home we get an overwhelming feeling of peace. For us there are no worries about anything. Our other home it was like what will it be today or tomorrow. The climate in our home is second to none. Both during the summer and winter we experience great comfort.
In the totality of all of our experiences in dealing with ALL the members of the Natale team, we are actually proud to say we have a Natale home. Each team member provided their expertise in guiding us through the process. What impressed us the most is that it did not matter the size of the home we wanted they made us feel just as important as another client with more purchasing power. If we had to do it all over again we do would it over in a heartbeat. Last, I cannot say enough about the community we live in. The people are fantastic! Thanks to the Natale team who to this day still will stop their vehicle get out and chat with us for a spell. Thank You: Trey, Ron, Larry, Ann, Beth and Angelo.
